Pricing questions.
What does one credit cover?
One candidate on one test. A test is a section of an assessment, so an assessment with three tests costs three credits per candidate. An invitation that is never started is refunded.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. Your organisation starts with 10 free credits. No card is required, and nothing is charged until you pick a plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, while your plan is active. Each month’s credits are added to what you already have, and nothing expires. If the plan ends, the balance is cleared at the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes, at 10 months’ price — 2 months free. You still receive your plan’s credits every month, and they roll over the same way.
When is a credit used?
When you send an invitation. One credit covers one candidate on one test, so inviting a candidate to an assessment with three tests uses three credits. Nothing more is charged when they sit it.
What if I need more credits mid-month?
Extra credits are $1₹100 each. Email hello@skillsdb.so to add them to your balance.
Do larger plans cost less per credit?
Scale does. Starter and Team are $1₹100 a credit; Scale is $0.50₹50. Extra credits are always $1₹100 each, on every plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. The credit balance is cleared when it does.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Email hello@skillsdb.so to add credits. You can still review existing results; you need credits to invite more candidates.
