How it works

SkillsDB gives your hiring team a shared place to assess the work a role requires. Start with the test library, shape the assessment around the role, then bring candidate responses and results into one workspace.

The assessment lifecycle: invite, attempt, grade, resultsFour stages in order. First, you invite a candidate with a personal link or a public link. Second, the candidate works through the assessment section by section while proctoring records signals on its own. Third, grading runs: the answer key scores the choices, the AI grader reads the written answers and the sandbox runs the code. Fourth, you read the result beside the candidate’s work and decide. Your workspace

Workspaces keep assessments and team access together. Switch workspaces from the sidebar. Each assessment holds its questions, invitations, results, and settings.

Work with an agent

Use SkillsDB Agent in the app to work with assessments in a conversation. You can also connect an external agent through MCP. Connections use your permissions and are scoped to the workspace you authorize.

Get help

Choose Support in your workspace sidebar to send feedback or email the team. Include the assessment name and what you were trying to do so the team can understand the issue.

How quickly you hear back depends on your plan: Starter, within 2 business days; Team, within 1 business day; Scale, the same business day, plus an onboarding call when you start.
