Credits and billing

See your balance and manage assessment spending.

Your balance

Credits belong to your organisation. Open Billing in organisation settings to review the balance and transaction history. The balance is shared across its workspaces.

Buy credits

Review the current credit packs and prices on the Pricing page. An authorised administrator can complete checkout and return to Billing to see the purchase.

Billing history

The credit history shows changes to the balance so your team can understand usage and purchases. If a payment does not appear as expected, contact support with the transaction details; do not send payment credentials.
