Candidate experience
Understand what candidates see before you invite them.
Before starting
The candidate opens their assessment link, reviews the instructions, and completes the required identity and readiness steps. They should use a supported browser and allow any camera or other permissions requested by the assessment.
During the assessment
Candidates work through timed sections. The assessment’s navigation rules determine whether they can return to earlier questions. Coding questions provide an editor and a way to run the solution; visible examples help explain the expected behaviour.
Submission
After submission, the response is available to the hiring team. Some results may take longer while grading completes. Candidates should follow the completion message shown by the assessment.
Proctoring
Proctoring records signals for the hiring team to review alongside a candidate’s work. Read the recorded evidence and its context before drawing a conclusion; a signal by itself does not explain why an event occurred.
