Assessment structure

Preview before publishing

Use Preview to walk through the assessment from the candidate’s perspective. Check the instructions, section order, and question formatting. Preview is for checking the experience before you invite real candidates.

Publish

Publish makes a prepared assessment available for candidate invitations. SkillsDB checks the assessment and shows any problems that need attention. Review the opening and closing dates when the assessment is time-bound.

Assessment settings

Use Settings to review availability, candidate details, navigation rules and completion behaviour. Keep instructions concise and make sure the settings match the process you described to candidates.
