Assessment analytics
Follow participation, completion, and performance across an assessment.
Open analytics
Open an assessment and choose Analytics. The dashboard uses the candidates and results in that assessment; there is no setup step. Before candidates start, it shows an empty state instead of example scores.
Understand participation
The invitation funnel counts individual candidate invitations, then shows how many started and completed. Replacing or resending a link does not add another invitation. Public-link participants are shown separately from the invitation funnel and are included in the overall metrics.
- Completion rate: completed attempts divided by all started attempts.
- Average score: the average of finalised results. Pending grades are excluded, while a finalised score of zero is included.
- Pass rate: passed results divided by finalised results that have a pass decision. It stays empty if there is no pass mark.
- Median time: the middle completion time, measured across active assessment sections. Missing timings are excluded.
Read the charts
Completions over time shows daily submissions in UTC for up to 30 days ending with the latest completion. Hover or focus a bar for its date and count. Score distribution groups finalised scores into ranges, and Section insights shows the average finalised score for each assessment section.
